To respect both your time and mine, 1. Arrival & Entry • Wait in Car: To ensure the studio is sanitized and ready for you, please wait in your vehicle upon arrival. I will open the door to signal when I am ready for you to enter. • Running Late: If I am running more than 15 minutes behind, I will apply a 15$ credit to your service as a thank you for your patience. Pet Friendly: I have two friendly dogs in the home. 🐾 2. Pre-Appointment Requirements • Inspo Photos: Please send an inspiration photo at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows me to ensure I have the right colors/charms and can manage the timing of your service. No major changes once confirmed • No Extra Guests: Due to limited space and to maintain a focused environment, extra guests (including spouses, kids , friends and family) are not permitted unless specifically approved by me in advance. 3. Cancellations & Late Policy • 12-Hour Notice: Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance. • Late/No-Show Fee: Cancellations under 12 hours or no-calls will incur a 20% fee. • 15-Minute Rule: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened, and the late fee will apply. 4. Satisfaction & Repair Guarantee • 24–48 Hours: If you notice an issue with curing or need a quick adjustment, I will fix it for free. Please book the "24-48 Hour Repair" option on my site. • Within 7 Days: I offer complimentary repairs for any accidental damage within the first week. • After 1 Week: Repairs are $15 for a single nail. If more than two nails need fixing, the cost is $20. 5. Student Status & Home Environment • I am a recently graduated nail technician and I just got my license May 2026 ! Services may take a little longer than a traditional salon as I prioritize quality and learning. Thank you for your support!!
